how to Move code from one sandbox to another sandbox?

Can you please write step and if possible can you please attached screenshot?

Hi Yash,
You can use Change Sets to to move code from one Sandbox to another if they both are affliated to the same org. Please refer below links.

If two sandboxes are connected with each other then use Changeset deployment. Else you have to opt ANT deployment as mentioned in below link.
