System.QueryException in Flow

Hello,

I have a System.QueryException on Record update in Flow.

How can i tackle this issue ?

Normally whenever there occurs an error in the Flow, an Email is sent to the Administrator. So if you are the Admin, you might have recieved an Email in which there is a detailed explanation of the error that has occured. It would be great if you could share the error description recieved in the email. That should help me to solve the issue.
