How can I build a report in Classic SFDC on cases showing resolution time & KPI. I have built a formula for the KPI and can get the line, but I can't get the resolution time as the Y axis - only record count?

Have you tried a matrix report? That should get you what you want.

Hi Mike - thank you.  I erred in my original question in that I was looking to create a chart off the report.  It dawned on me to create a sum field formula at the summary level and that seemed to work.  Now the only hurdle is making it work with a large data set and I don't think columns are going to be the most effective means - most like a line chart.  But - the formula fields did allow me to have a different value on the Y axis.
