How to Backup Offline Apple Mail Emails?
Hello everyone,
I have a few folders that I have kept offline for some personal reasons. Now as the space in apple mail is filling up I thought that I can backup those folders so that I can recover them in future whenever I want to. I have tried the export function but it never exceeds 11% and the reason is unknown. And the problem with Time Machine backup is that it backs up everything. I need something specific that can backup only the required folders. Is there any such solution available?
Please let me know asap. Thanls

You can use Time Machine backup you apple mail emails, you just have to configure Time Machine to ignore everything except your mail. Later when you would like to restore you can open Apple Mail and call up Time Machine. You'll notice that instead of the usual Finder window, you get the Mail window itself in Time Machine. With that, you can go back in time with your email.
There are other alternatives also available online, these are the third party paid apps. I haven't tested any or know much about any available but I found this, have a look: Google Search: "Apple Mail Backup Tool"
The Tool Mail Backup X is showing up good features. You can download the trial version.
Let me know if this helps. Thanks
