I'm trying to complete the Lightning App Builder Trail, Work with Custom Lightning Components module, and need to download the unmanaged package to complete the hands-on-challenge but I keep getting an insufficient privilages error as per below:

If you are working on the challenges using a Trailhead playground, then make sure that you have reset the password for the trailhead playground and then open in incognito window for installation.
