change date, edit comment,Change Priority, Change Status ( quick action) are showing two times in when we click on show more action in the task page layout salesforce lightning

Hi 

Yes. This is salesforce standard issue. We don't have option to remove duplicats in this. Duplicates actions in task record.

its a standard thing but you remove the buttons from the pagelayout (Salesforce1 and Lightning Experience Actions) section.User-added image 
From the highlighted section please remove the Change Date component which is appeared twice in your pagelayout,
