Trying to perform part 7 of Data Integration Specialist Challenge but the target namespace for external call does not return content

Hello,

I am trying to complete part 7 of Data Integration Specialist Challenge and I always receive this

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:  There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.CalloutException: IO Exception: External server did not return any content

I accessed the targetNamespace(http://salesforce.com/th/invoice-web-service) from the wsdl http://sb-integration-bs.herokuapp.com/ws/invoices.wsdl and it says 404 Page not Found . Is that wsdl outdated? What am I doing wrong?
