How do I create a new Dev Org?

I've been working on the "shared settings" challenge all day.  It seems that the only way to get around it is to start again with a new Dev Org.  I thought I had created one, but it had the old attempt in it.

Can someone tell me the steps to create a new Dev Org for my Trailhead account?

If you want to create personal developer org then you can create from below link
1) https://developer.salesforce.com/signup?d=70130000000td6N

But you want to create in Trailhead the follow below step

Step 1) Go to module then go to "Hands-on Challenge".

Step 2) Click on Create a Trailhead Payground

Step 3) Then wait for some time. Then select new Trailhead Playground like below and click on Launch button
