Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The topic 'Happy Customer' was not created. Please make another post with this topic or add it to your existing post.

I Have created the group and post yet not being recognized and not completeing challenge. It tried the whole process again and it didt work. This is the last taks to earn my badge.

Hi Gisela,

Did you include "Happy Customer" as a topic?  A topic is like a chatter version of Twitter's hashtag.   Try using something like #[Happy Customer] in a new or existing chatter post.

Thanks Deepthi. I've tried this. Not working. Can you just manually grant the points and light my badge. All other tasks are completed it's just Pie Chart and the "Happy Customer" tasks that arent working. These I completed on the same day.
