Unable to post questions via Chrome

After logging to this forum via Chrome, I am unable to post questions or leave comments.  However, I can using IE11.  How do I fix Chrome?  Is this related to the recent TLS update?

 May I suggest you log out of all the accounts and log in again and also clear your browser cookies and history.
