Sharing Contact while having Business account and person account both enabled .

I have both   person account and business account enabled in my Org and I want to share my   related contacts of Business  account on the basis of custom field of Contact.

Hi,
Go to setup --> sharing setting . Make 'Default Internal Access' and 'Default External Access' private and save . Refresh the page and create new 
Contact Sharing Rules. 

Also, I don't know which custom field are you talking about on contact but you can create formula checkbox field on contact and set that field true when contact's Account's record type is business.
So you can check this in sharing rule to share the record.
