Error uploading the change set

Hi there,

I am getting the error message when I try to upload the change set for production. Below are the details sent to me in the e-mail. If always fails no matter how many times I try to upload. Thank for the help
 
The following outbound change set upload failed due to a system error:
 
Change set:  (04t0S0000000k5X)
Organization: (Developer Sandbox) (00D0S0000000WXi)
User:  (00539000005P2xj)
Error Number: 1175520030-15115 (245827274)
 
Please try to upload your change set again. If it does not succeed, contact Customer Support and provide the error number listed above.

Hi Jay,

It is likely some inconsistency between your change set and the target org.

For example, if your Sandbox is on Summer 17, and you try to deploy a Summer 17 -related feature or component, the deployment will fail until your Production org is updated to Summer 17.  

The rest of the error message probably says something like "if this persists, contact Salesforce Support'. :-)
