To clarify. We are mostly concerned about tracking the leads in Google Analytics.

In Web-to-Lead, Return URL is the URL which is to displayed once the Form is Submitted.

"thank-you" page with the Salesforce forms. is not required but what will happen is one the user submits the form it got to blank page so  it better to set one to aviod user confusion

Is it possible to set up an on-click event with your forms so that everything is tracked in Google Analytics?
