Internal salesforce error during apex test execution

Hi,

I am running apex test class which was running fine before the Spring 17 release happened on 7th Jan 2017.  The test class execution was fine before release updated on sandbox. Error receiving is "
Internal Salesforce Error: 1339569420-8484 (1151771336) (1151771336)"  Can anyone suggest on how to resolved this issue?

Have you checked the http://trust.salesforce.com  (http://trust.salesforce.com )to check if the instance you are working on is under maintenance?

Please check with below link and double check the same. Please let us know if you need anything else.

HI Nagendra,

Surprisingly there is no maintainance reference on the instance CS28. my sandbox is,  All my sandboxes that are updated to Spring17 are facing this issue.  Now that i have refreshed one of the sandbox which is on Winter17 release.  The issue is not there.  I am also not able to change the record ownerhip on the sandbox who is on Spring17 Got below error.

We are experiencing this same issue with the release of Winter 2019. We have a test class that is running fine in Summer 2018 but is now failing since the update to Winter 2019. This is in our sandbox instance. We have checked trust.salesforce.com which indicates the instance is up and running fine. It has been a couple weeks now and we haven't been able to have success.
