Our API calls have spiked recently, hovering around the 80% mark, but we can't figure out what outbound messages are causing this. How would we go about figuring this out?

Hi,

There are different options available under Setup | Monitoring. You can monitor "Outbound Messages" and "API Usage Notifications" to find the issue.
