Problem with Trialhead Challange: Customizing Navigation, Buttons, and Links
I have researched the forum a bit and found that a few other issues have been experiencing issues similar to mine. That said, I feel as though I am following the instructions properly. I hope I am just missing something tiny and someone can point it out.
I am receiving the following error message when I attempt to complete the challange:
The button is seemily created correctly:
After the button is created, I make it visible in page layout:
Yet through all of this, I am unable to complete the challange. Any assistance here would be greatly apprecaited.

Then I would suggest you log out of all the accounts and log in again and also clear your browser cookies and history.
OR
Another solution would try it in a different browser.

NOTE: You need to make Google info as a button, not link.

To clear this challenge you need do below steps:-
Step 1 :- Create a Button on contact object like below
Step 2 :- Link detail should be like below.
Name :- Google_Info
Button or Link URL :- http://google.com/#q={!Contact.Name}
Display Type :- Detail Page Button
Step 3 :- Add the button on contact page layout. Please select "Contact Layout"
Step 4 :- Then click on Edit and add button on page.
Step 5 : - Save.
Please mark this as solved if it's resolved so that it gets removed from the unanswered queue which results in helping others who are encountering a similar issue.

Clearing out my cache did it. In my frustration, that never occured to me. Thank you all for taking the time to try and help me out.
