data.com assessment app

I see a number of people are having the same issue. What is the preferred solution?

Hi Henry Burns,

 While installing the App, we have to provide proper DE credentials.
1.First, we have to check in "Launch your hands on org " dropdown whether DE is connected or trailhead playground is connected.

2.If DE is connected then provide DE credential while installing the 
data.com assessment app choosing "Log in to production."

 
3.If trailhead playground is connected, then you need to provide trailhead playground credentials.Please refer below link on how to get credentials of trailhead playground.
