Default Lightning Experience to "On" for Users?

I have a customer who wants their users LEX to auto be on after enabling for the org and the profile.  They don't want them to have to use the "switcher".  

Is this possible?  I don't see how to do it.

Hi,

As per my knowledge when user once switches to lightning and logging out from the org, next time when he logs in it is lightning Experience until and unless he switches back again to classic mode.
