please,i want real scenario about list custom settings and hierarchy custom settings???

Hi Baskar,

Scenario related to role hierarchy:

Suppose User A is the owner of ABC account and User B owns the opportunity associated to the ABC account. Both User A and User B are in the same level of role hierarchy (e.g. US Sales Rep and EMEA Sales Rep) and Org Wide Default = Private.
