Record type picklist values not visible to customer portal user

Hi all,

I have three record types with one page layout assigned to them.But the picklist values are different for all three record types.
When i log in as customer portal user,they are not able to see picklist values as defined for each record type.
I have created three profiles, three record types and assigned the picklist values as per the record type.
What can be the reason for picklist values not being visible to the portal user? Please help me. I need an urgent solution.

Hi Amita,

Kindly Check the followings,

1) Check all the record types are selected for those profiles in Profile settings.

2) Check the "customer portal user" is assigned with anyone of the profiles in user detail..

Hi Vignesh,

I have done the above mentioned things. Actually what is happening that one default record type is getting assigned to all the records.
I really don't understand why this issue is rising.

Can you able to select a record type(out of three record types) when creating a record.If yes means select some other record type otherthan default record type and check picklist values.

Still you have that problem kindly post the screen shot if you dont mind.
