Do all notes show up in chatter?

I was wondering if all notes taken on a lead/opportunity show up in chatter?

Could you please clarify your question?

We have older notes, such as in the "Notes and Attachments" related list, and we also have newer notes, which can be created through the Chatter publisher.  Here is some information about the two types:

If you were referring to notes more generally, you may mean feed posts on a lead/opportunity as notes, in which case those are part of chatter.
