How to have the CSAT working with Snap-ins chat (live agent)

Hi there,

Is there a way to display a CSAT or at least a custom page with a link to a CSAT at the end of the chat when using the Snap-ins ?

I created a custom VF page and added that to the chat button's post chat VF page when chat happens it comes from the snap-ins however when it ends it takes VF page and completes the survey.

P.S had created custom object and fields along with it wrote a trigger to achieve this
