Unable to complete exercise in ISV App Development/Package an ISV App.

I completed the app and installed in my existing dev org. Getting the trailhead is unable to find the app Module_Tracker
I created trailhead playground and installed package there and still same issue.

I cleared this excersise last week without any issue. I created a new dev org and this is where created the new app. Using the installation link I was able to sucessfully install app into my existing dev org without any issue.

Can you post what error you receving while validating?
