Not able to access any salesforce documents

Not able to access salesforce doucmentation and for everything it asks to refere in Trail head.
Looks this is a bug.
Is anyone facing this?

May I request you to be more specific on accessing documents in salesforce.What kind of documents you are trying to access and what is the way you are approaching for accessing the salesforce documents.

If you can elaborate it helps in better understanding of the problem which results in easy troubleshooting.

All the API guides or apex guide ,visual force page guide.It won't let me refer the doucmentation.
