Unable to login to sandbox. Getting error page as 'We are down for Maintenance'

I am the system admin and Enabled the Lightning view in the Sandbox. Immediately the page is routed to an error page and displaying 'We are down for Maintenance'
I tried to login to the sandbox again and  it is defaulted to Lightning view and displaying the above error message. I cannot login to the Sandbox now.
Any ideas how to solve this problem and login to Sandbox successfully.

I logged into the sandbox  Salesforce1 mobile app successfully. It is defaulting to Lightning view. I dont find the option to switch to classic view in the mobile app.
I navigated to Setting-->Advanced-->Diable Lightning Logging. However even after logging back again, it is defaulted to Lightning view.
Any ideas in how to navigate to classic view is greatly appreciated.

I logged into  the Salesforce1 mobile App. I dont find the Full Site option.

As I said, the page is redirecting to an error page when I used Safari or any browser in the desktop. I enabled Lightning previously in my desktop and from then I had the page redirection problem. Somehow the lightning needs to be disabled using the Salesforce1 Mobile App.
I am not sure how to disable the Lightning view in the Salesforce1 Mobile App.
