I created one object and have one field 'No.of Records'.When i created a new record then no.of records field is need to be autono update or increase.need to be trigger through or any.

For your current requirement, you wanted to auto-increment functionality?

You can do this using AutoIncrement Data type while creating the field or you can change the data type of the field to auto increment. Cheers :)
