While I am creating workflow in Process builder of salesforce RECRUITMENT APP, I am getting" Workflow Action Failed to Trigger Flow" error? Information regarding error is.

Before assigning the value please check for null means that if old value that you are assigning is not null OR if you comparing the value then check or null first.
