Attach document to approval histrory

Hi,

Is there any way to attach the document to approval step in 'Approval history related list' as shown in the below screen shot 

OR
Attach an document to approval step view page ?

Please check the same idea which is posted in success community. which is not yet implemented in salesforce.

As it is not possible with standard salesforce.
You have 2 options.
1) implement custom approval history related list in vf page.
2) do some javascript hacking and dynamically add column to approval history table and include your document link. Well in this case you depend on the mercy from salesforce, if they changes there DOM structure you might be in trouble.
