Not Editable with Visualforce but needs it be updated by Process Builder?

When I have made a field not editable within Visualforce.  I have a process builder that needs to update to update the field.  

When the field is able to be updated then the Process Builder works with no issues.

You can make your field readonly on layout and leave that field editable on profile.

I found a work around because it is only for one pricebook. They can change the price but it will just be overwritten with the right price. Sent from Iphone.
