data.com assessment completed by Challenge is not recognizing it

Hi There, I completed the install of the Data.com Assessment but the system still isn't recognizing it.  I have tried both the incognitio aspect and have tried checking against both the traoilhead and standard system login credentials and I still get the error that the install hasn't taken place.  How can I escalate this as it will not let me move on to the next module until it captures that I have installed the app?  Is there an alias we can submit these queries to?

you have to check the licence for the login user, weather it has access for that user or not
