stuck on beginner admin Create Reports with the Report Builder

Filter Logic:1 AND (2)

1. Amount greater than "25000.00"
2. Stage not equal to "Closed Won,Closed Lost"

the top image shows the challenge and the error message the bottom shows the report they way i have set it up. I have save the report, ran the report, deleated and reapplied the filters, still not able to get the challenge accepted....the report seems to follow the inteded logic and i am not seeing anouther way to apply filters that would meet the criteria....any thoghts on what iam missing ?
