App installation failed in 1 org, but successful in another

Hi All,

We have created a package and published it appexchange. One of the user is saying that he is getting an exception while installing it. But when we tried it from our end it successfully installed. Not sure why he is getting this error. Attaching a screenshot of that exception.

  • There are problems that prevent this package from being installed. 
  • Package Not Found The requested package does not exist or has been deleted. Please contact the package publisher for assistance. If this is a recently uploaded package, please try again soon.
  • Workaround
  • Please create a case with support with the following information: 
  • Org ID where the package is being installed 
  • Login access to the org ID above 
  • Package Install Link if possible 
  • Org ID where the package was created.
