Share cases with customers - customer community user does not show in available profiles
I am stuck with this trailhead. There is no customer community user profile listed in available profiles. I have gone back and forth looking at user settings and everything else I can think of. Any guidance as to how to get it to show would be massively appreciated.

I have already tried those links and got nowhere.
The below, hopefully, will show my issue. There is no customer community user listed in available profiles. If I need to go back and revisit something, I will gladly do that to learn from my mistakes.
