convert user profile pic in apex and convert the image to base64 format.

Dear all, there is a requirement to the user profile pic in apex and convert the image to base64 format. kindly provide me some pointer

Hi Vinay,

May I request you to be more specific on converting the image into a base64 format.The reason is, in salesforce by default all the attachments and documents are stored in base64 format.

Could you please confirm the format of the image which is there in apex so that we can look into it and do the needful accordingly.
