I want to change the standard field name

I want to change this by "Call Duration (Seconds)"

i have follow this URL https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=customize_rename.htm&type=0
but this only to change the Field Label not the field Name

Please Help

Hi Nausadarunachal,
  • May I Request you to Follow the Navigation  : Set up > Customize > Tab Names and Labels > Rename Tabs and Labels > choose the desired Tab Name and click edit > click Next > from there you will see those Standard Field Labels and can edit any standard field labels and other labels for the selected tab and language. > then hit Save.
