Create a CV from personalized App data

Dear colleagues, hope you are doing fine, and also that you can help me on this. 

Cultura de Trabajo is a non-governmental organization that helps people without resources to re-inserted themselves to worklife. 

We find the opportunities, the interviews and we also create their Curriculum Vitae (CV). Here is were I am having difficulties, I can't think a way to generate this PDF document, getting the data from a personalized App. 

Could you help me on this?
