I am trying to create the integration for the Volunteer Management NPSP

I get to Step 5: Configure Data Access - Profile Object Permissions -- and cannot find what the tutorial (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/modules/nonprofit_volunteer_website/units/nonprofit_volunteer_website_get_started) is referring to. It looks like the site is up, but when I add the extension, there are numerous error messages -- mostly having to do with field level security  -- which I imagine is in Step 5. Can anyone help me?

PS -- I selected the Trailhead below, but I believe it may really be in Visualforce Pages/Sites.
