How can I track outbound emails using API?

Hello guys,

I am curious to find a way using API that will allow me to keep track of outbound email messages in Salesforce?

Hi Pranav,
An outbound message sends information to a designated endpoint, like an external service. Outbound messages are configured from Setup. You must configure the external endpoint and create a listener for the messages using the SOAP API.

Thanks Rahul. However, I am looking out some help on Outbound Email Messages and not Outbound Messages. These two things are different I guess.
