SFDC alert is still broadcasting to everyone every day!

Please can you help me out here? I was told by Sales Ops that this was sorted? Would you be able to remove the alert and report please?
 Can any one explain above one please?

I have 2 alerts set up that keep popping up on the front page of SFDC. I can’t delete them or change them. I no longer need these items, I need to remove them .
