Getting oAuth error while installing third party app for Sandbox

I am getting oAuth error while installing third party app (Conga Courier) for Sandbox.
Here is the error 
 "We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.
1800 : There was a problem in setting up your remote access" 
But I successfully installed the other product of same app.
I contacted support team for issue even they are not sure about this issue.
Any help would be highly apperciated !

Hi Nidhi,

Try use the below things, 

>First login to Appex with your Production account (ie. not sandbox).
>Find the app you want to install in sandbox and click the "Get it now"
>You will be asked if you want to install the app in Production or Sandbox
>Choose sandbox and you will be automatically redirected to the test.salesforce.com
>Enter in your salesforce sandbox credentials
>You will then be in the Sandbox install area and can continue

Also Check your user permission which have “Download AppExchange packages” permission.
