Build Your First App : add a quick action link , cannot verify

Hi I'm a salesforce newbie and I'm trying to work my way throught the 'Build Your First App' tutorial. When I try to verify, I receive the following error

;unable to verify message

Can anybody give me any clues as to what the problem is, as my application quick action link seems to work ok.

I tore the whole thing down and started again and it just worked, I'm not sure what the problem was...but thanks for your help.

Hi Mark,

Try to do the trailhead again by removing the quick action and then create it.
Before that Re-login in your salesforce Org.
Hope it will help you

I've also torn down the application and tried it again with the same resulting error.
