I'm taking the 'Enable Salesforce Knowledge' under Knowledge Basics, and am in the sandbox. The 2nd step of entering 'Knowledge' in the Quick Search box is not rendering any results. Please advise.

You must be working in the Lightning Experience interface, make sure you switch to Classic view to be able to view it in the quick search.

I was in Classic so that's not the probem. Another user I'm working with experienced the same issue. Is it possible if someone can actually try or test it out to validate the problem?

Another thing you might want to check is the "Knowledge User" checkbox on your user record.

In order to configure knowledge, the admin has to have this checkbox enabled for you.

That was previously enabled. Is it not possible that the module is just not functioning as expected? Is it possible that a technician can look at it?
