Email message to update a field in Salesforce form

My goal is to create an email template that will allow a user to input a field to Salesforce (the user is not a Salesforce user). Is it possible to make something like this? Would I have to use a VisualForce page or Apex coding? Thank you.

Your question is not clear. Can you please elaborate your question?

I can do that Naveen. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to create an email message that allows the user to input a field and have a button in the message to be able to update that field in Salesforce. The user would receive an email about a case and they would need to input a field in order to complete the case. The issue that I am finding is that I cannot find anything about users, who are not registered on Salesforce, being able to receive emails from Salesforce and inputting a field to Salesforce. Does that make sense?
