Build a Community with Knowledge and Chat project Live Agent problem

I'm stuck on the last step: Try Out Your New Community. I don't know if the look of the Sample Console interface has been changed recently, but I'm not seeing where to click "Live Agent" and the provided screen grab doesn't fit my interface's look. I'm trying to switch my Live Agent from Offline to Online (as pictured) so the button changes to "Chat with an Expert." I've followed all the other steps in the project and gone over them multiple times.

I found the Live Agent at the right bottom corner,

but I didn't see the Chat button in the community page.

I am having the same issue, and I couldn't find Live Agent at the right bottom corner.

I also can't find the live agent on the Sample Console

It's shown as "Agent Offline" on my page, even I didn't change it to offline manually...
And cannot find the "Chat with an Expert" button anywhere...
Has anyone solved this issue already...?
