how to insert picklist value through data loader

Hi,
Picklist value is not showing whenever i insert through data loader,Please anyone can help me

If you are using Dataloader to insert values in fields which weren't previously listed there, those entries will go under "Inactive" values.
Go to Setup-->Object (what ever)-->Fields-->Picklist field .
Check the Active and Inactive Values.
Your data laoder inserted value will be listed under inactive ones.
Make it Active and if you are using record types, make sure to add those values to correct Record Type as well. System will prompt you to add the values to record type by  itself.
You don't need to look some other place.
