Lightning // display Modal layer with tabel scrolling

Dear all,
I need help to fix the issue..

I have create a popup (modal layer) and inside the popup I have also a table with the scroll.

So the problem is,, if the customer scroll up and down, behind the popup is also scrollable.

If is possible to say "if the popup there than behinde the popup are frozen"

something like that ;D
