Is Trailhead being used for non SalesForce training?

Hi.
I am new to TrailHead and was wondering if anybody is using it to create non SFC training for people who have SFC accounts and so can use the TrailHead platform?

In Trailhead you have all module related to salesforce only. So Trailhead is used for salesforce related training
