Email Attachment on Case
Hi Expert,
When i send Email from Case and add attachment, this attachment show in only Email page related list in "Google Docs & Attachments". but not showing case related list "Google Docs & Attachments".
Please suggest, How to able to add email attachment in to the "Google Docs & Attachments" on case .

I believe the attachment within the email composer is independent of the attachments on the case itself. You would have to add the attachment to the case itself and it should be visible to the external user if they have access to the case. If you wish to automatically add the attachment you added on the email into the case, I don't think this can be done via standard function but you may look up custom code options.
