Did a challenge where I had to make a sub-domain. I did so, never got a conformation email and now its not letting me launch into my playground. I keep getting this screen.

Hi Geoffrey,

May I suggest you log out of all the accounts and log in again and also clear your browser cookies and history. OR Another solution would try it in a different browser.
