There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge - NZKNZMRC

Hi,
I am working on the Business Administration Specialist Super Badge and received the error below on step 3.

"There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: NZKNZMRC"

I created a new org before starting the Super Badge. Can anyone assist with what the issue may be?

Thanks,
Alli

I had to restart the badge. I was in a brand new org. Clearing catche and cookies was recommended to me by several in my office and it did not do the trick.

Hi Gunderson,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

May I request you please confirm if you are using a brand new developer org for validating the challenge?

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled.

Still, if the problem persists log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Please let us know if this helps.

Mark this as solved if it's resolved.

Thanks,
Nagendra

Hi Gunderson,

Please follow below steps to complete step 3 of the business administration specialist super badge.

Reports:

As step 1, create the Residential Reports report folder. It will store all of the reports that we create in this challenge.

Accounts by Market Report:

Create a new report and select Accounts as a report type. Change the format to Matrix Format and move Rating to create a column grouping. Create a new bucket field called Market, see the picture below for reference.

Now drag the Market bucket field to create the row grouping. Hide the details by clicking on Show drop-down and deselecting the Details option. All-in-all, what you looking for is to have a report like the one in the pic below.

High-Value Residential Report:

This is a simple Accounts report type Summary Format report, don’t forget to include filter: Type equals “Residential“, grouping by Account Name and summarise by Annual Revenue. The picture below should help you if you struggle with it.

Rated Accounts by State Report:

Another Accounts report type Matrix Format report, again include filter: Type equals “Residential“. Add column grouping by Rating and row grouping by Billing State/Province. Hide the Details.

Open Support Cases Report:

Create a new report and select Cases as a report type, use the Matrix Format. Add filter: Status equals “New, Working, Escalated” (having a filter set to Open equals “True” didn’t pass the validation). Group first by Account Name then Priority.
